Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of existing customer accounts to maximize revenue generation, while identifying and developing new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and servicing a portfolio of existing customer accounts to maximize revenue generation
- Identifying and developing new clients, including international and local customers, and ISPs in the region
- Selling products and services of the Company, including IPLC/IEPL, MPLS-VPN, DIA, IP-transit, data center, and IT integrated solutions
- Responsible for all relevant issues within the Account Manager function
- Strong sales experience and project management skills, ideally focusing on wholesale or enterprise business within telecom fields
- Fluent in English and French in spoken and written
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
