Key Responsibilities:- Capture new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue expansion
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Align sales targets with customers and monitor performance on a monthly basis
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms, credit line management, and account receivable collections
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service
- Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow for the company through effective sales strategies and execution
- Support marketing activities and communication to improve brand image and reputation
- Monitor competitors' pricing, NPIs, and strategies to stay ahead in the market
- Collaborate with Head Office teams to gather support and feedback on front-line information
- Regularly travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields
- Good understanding of the distribution PV market
- Experience with utilities, EPCs, and IPPs preferred
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industry
- Experience in working for multinational companies with a global mindset
- Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles
- PV technical background is a plus
- Positive, self-driven, diligent, and team player attitude
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to influence different customer levels
- Able to travel regularly and/or abroad on short notice
Language Requirements: Proficiency in both written and spoken English and local language
