This is an exciting opportunity to work with our sales team to achieve results and manage relationships with existing and future customers, as well as coordination with internal Maersk requirements to reach targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map customer needs and propose end-to-end cold chain services that meet customer needs and pain points.
  • Co-develop the Cold Chain footprint for Maersk customers.
  • Manage assigned customers and budget base, pursuing and securing business in line with corporate and regional objectives.
  • Develop customer value propositions for all appropriate business opportunities.
  • Build understanding of all service offerings to offer additional logistics products.
  • Manage the selling process to customers, including pricing and contract negotiations.
  • Research and understand the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Area Sales rep or Business Development Manager with a good experience in the reefer business and a very good understanding of French customer needs.
  • Prior working experience in reefer companies or global Freight forwarders is a plus.
  • Able to map customer needs and propose end-to-end cold chain services that meet customer needs and pain points.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic but highly structured environment.
  • English and French proficiency mandatory.
