We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reefer Sales Executive to join our team in France. This exciting opportunity will involve working with our sales team to achieve results, managing relationships with existing and future customers, and coordinating with internal Maersk requirements to reach targets.

This dynamic commercial position offers a good employment package and benefits. You'll have the chance to develop customer value propositions, build understanding of all service offerings, and manage the selling process to customers, including pricing and contract negotiations.

We're looking for someone with commercial flair, natural initiative, and curiosity. You should be customer-centric, willing to generate a positive impact on business, and have high professional standards. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for collaborating with colleagues and customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mapping customer needs and proposing end-to-end cold chain services that meet customer needs and pain points.
  • Co-developing the Cold Chain footprint for Maersk customers.
  • Managing assigned customers and budget base, pursuing and securing business in line with corporate and regional objectives.
  • Developing customer value propositions for all appropriate business opportunities.
  • Building understanding of all service offerings to offer additional logistics products.
  • Managing the selling process to customers, including pricing and contract negotiations.

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience as an Area Sales rep or Business Development Manager with a good understanding of the reefer business and French customer needs.
  • Prior working experience in reefer companies or global Freight forwarders is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic but highly structured environment.
  • English and French proficiency is mandatory.
