Bel, a leading international agri-food group, is seeking a highly skilled Process and Product Technological Expert to join its team. As a key member of the Technological Expertise Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement technological solutions to improve industrial performance and reduce environmental impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to production teams to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain technical standards and procedures to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Contribute to the development of new products and processes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of food safety and quality.
- Food Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in production, development, or technological expertise.
- Strong technical and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English, with French knowledge an asset.
- Geographical mobility, with frequent travel expected for short or long periods.
