Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Process and Product Technological Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Technological Expertise Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Cleaning ones (CGMPs) across our different technologies and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for Technological Good Manufacturing Practices (TGMP) and Cleaning ones (CGMP) on different technologies and their evolution, including development projects.
  • Manage the animation of the Technologist community.
  • Keep our technological advance serving industrial performance, identify and test technical innovation of the market.
  • Force of proposal of change and technological improvement on different technologies and/or raw materials and lead Industrial Excellence POCs.

Requirements:

  • Food Engineer profile with at least 10 years of experience in Production, Development, or Technological Expertise.
  • Food Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience in Production or Development.

  • Scientific curiosity/Ability to challenge the current situation.

  • Ability to work in multicultural environments.
  • Fluency in English, French knowledge as a plus.
