Senior HR Director

- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy to drive business growth and scalability in France and Europe.
- Build and lead a high-performing HR team to deliver exceptional employee experiences and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, including workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development.
- Design and implement competitive benefits programs, work-life balance initiatives, and professional development opportunities to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, managing contracts, policies, and legal requirements to mitigate risk and support business continuity.
- Oversee payroll operations in France, ensuring accurate and timely processing in compliance with local tax regulations and labor laws.
- Lead recruitment efforts in France, sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent across all departments while ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.
- Track and analyze key HR metrics, such as turnover, employee engagement, and recruitment effectiveness, to inform decision-making and improve HR strategies.
- Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring clear communication and guiding employees through new strategies and developments to maintain alignment and engagement.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least five years in a leadership role, preferably within a multinational organization.
- Proven track record in managing HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Deep understanding of local labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance standards.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire HR teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust and foster positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage HR projects, from inception through execution.
- Ability to recognize and process confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Experience with Google Workspace and various ATS, HRIS, and payroll platforms is required.
