Job Title: Senior HR Manager

ANINE BING is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Manager to lead its HR operations in Paris. As a key member of the Global People Team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our HR practices and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute on Global People Strategy by building HR operations from the ground up to align with local market needs, cultural nuances, and legal requirements.
  • Partner with HR leadership to drive strategic initiatives across France and the broader European markets, including workforce planning and organizational design.
  • Lead the development and implementation of employee relations strategies and workplace culture initiatives, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance environment.
  • Position ANINE BING as an employer of choice by building competitive benefits programs, fostering work-life balance, and creating robust professional development opportunities.
  • Overhaul compliance processes and build systems to ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee payroll operations in France, ensuring accurate and timely processing in compliance with local tax regulations and labor laws.
  • Lead recruitment efforts in France, sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent across all departments.
  • Track and analyze key HR metrics such as turnover, employee engagement, and recruitment effectiveness to inform decision-making and improve HR strategies.
Requirements:
  • ~8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least five years in a leadership role, preferably within a multinational organization.
  • ~ Proven track record in managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • ~ Deep understanding of local labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance standards.
  • ~ Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead and inspire HR teams and influence senior management.
  • ~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • ~ High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust and foster positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • ~ Demonstrated ability to manage HR projects, from inception through execution, focusing on achieving results and improving processes.
  • ~ Ability to recognize and process confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
  • ~ Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.) and various ATS, HRIS, and payroll platforms is required; strong Excel skills are necessary.
