Customer Service Manager

Join Airbus, a global leader in aerospace, defence, and connected services, and take on a challenging role as an EO Customer Reactive Services Manager. This position is part of the Earth Observation Global Customer Service team, responsible for delivering high-quality services to major imagery customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support and services, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer requests and issues.
- Collaborate with the Reactive Services team to develop and implement processes and procedures that meet customer needs and service level agreements.
- Participate in on-call duty rotations during nights and weekends to ensure 24/7 support.
- Manage project activities, including administrative management, invoicing, reporting, and risk assessment, for the International Charter project.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of commercial offers, customers' specificities, and tools to provide expert support.
- French nationality, conforming to IGI 1300 dating 30/11/2011 (article 65).
- ~5+ years of professional experience in customer service, sales, or program roles with customer exposure.
- ~ A first experience in project management.
- English C1 level required in both writing and speaking.
