Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented professional to join our Earth Observation Global Customer Service team as a Customer Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer requests for optical and radar sensors, ensuring high service level agreements are met.
- Participate in on-call duty rotations to ensure image tasking and delivery for emergency and short notice requests.
- Act as a point of contact for customers and collaborate with project and sales managers on process improvements and problem-solving.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Lead the International Charter project, handling project manager activities, administrative management, invoicing, reporting, and risk assessment.
- Ensure harmonization of existing and new processes, working with multiple teams to improve ordering and delivery processes.
Requirements:
- French nationality, conforming to IGI 1300.
- 5+ years of professional experience in commercial Earth Observation, including customer service, sales, or program roles.
- Experience in project management and affinity for technical domains.
- Highly business and customer-oriented, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
- English C1 level required.
