Airbus Helicopters is seeking an experienced Program Office Manager to join its Export Control Program team based in Marignane, France.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will support the AH Export Control Program lead in all tasks, including defining and deploying activities, managing risks and opportunities, and developing new information systems. This role also involves coordinating with Airbus subsidiaries and affiliates to cascade export control initiatives worldwide.

This position requires a strong background in program/project management, with experience leading medium-complex projects. Knowledge of export control regulations is a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as good English language proficiency.

About the Role:

As a member of the Export Control Program team, you will play a key role in supporting the AH Export Control Program lead in its mission to ensure compliance with export control regulations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and deploying activities in coordination with Airbus Group and various functions
  • Managing risks and opportunities, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Developing new information systems to support export control initiatives
  • Coordinating with Airbus subsidiaries and affiliates to cascade export control initiatives worldwide

Key Requirements:
  • More than 7 years of professional experience in program/project management
  • Knowledge of export control regulations (a plus)
  • Experience leading medium-complex projects
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
