Airbus Helicopters is seeking an experienced Export Control Program Manager to join its team in Marignane, France.
The successful candidate will support the AH Export Control Program lead in all tasks, including:
- Defining and deploying export control activities with the Airbus Group organization, AH Functions, and AH Subsidiaries and Affiliates Export Control support team.
- Developing and implementing transverse export control initiatives, such as dashboards and KPIs.
- Organizing team events and workshops on transverse issues.
- Improving efficiency and fostering continuous improvement with various departments.

Your challenges:
The candidate will support the Export Control Program Lead in all tasks, including:
- Proposing strategies, roadmaps, and implementing them within work packages.
- Preparing and deploying communication and change management.
- Supporting business and Functions management, preparing for Metier routines, Steercos, Perfo reviews, and PMO tasks.
The mission also includes supporting Policies & Procedures, and developing and deploying necessary new/upgrade information systems.
The Export Control Program Manager will coordinate with the AH Subsidiaries and Affiliates Export Control support team to cascade export control compliance worldwide.
Your profile:
- More than 7 years of professional experience in Program/Project Management.
- Knowledge of Export Control regulations is a plus.
- Positive experience on medium/complex projects lead.
- Partner and external service providers management.
- Negotiation with internal customers.
- Risk & Opportunity Management.
- Documentation Production, Service Level Management, Change Support.
- Good team spirit and Customer orientation.
- Good English level.
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
