Join Betclic Group as a Strategic CRM Director

We are looking for a talented individual to lead our CRM efforts and drive player engagement across our markets. As a Strategic CRM Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing our CRM strategy, working closely with our Product and Tech teams to optimize our CRM tools and campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive long-term player loyalty and engagement.
  • Collaborate with our Product and Tech teams to assess and optimize the usage of our CRM tools.
  • Supervise the design, implementation, and optimization of automated marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and research trends in the CRM field to identify emerging opportunities for Betclic to capitalize on.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a player-centric culture.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis to inform decision-making and strategy formulation.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms, with the ability to assess and optimize their usage.
  • Fluency in English and French.
