Opportunity: Business Development Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Business Development Apprentice. This exciting opportunity will allow you to gain valuable experience in the dynamic world of mobile telephony while pursuing your professional development.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Organize meetings and events with clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Participate actively in industry events such as company fairs, representing MBway and showcasing our expertise.
  • Manage purchase orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Ensure the smooth signing of internal documents, maintaining meticulous records and adherence to procedures.
  • Maintain a well-organized archive of contractual documents, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
  • Provide valuable support in responding to bids, contributing to our competitive advantage.
  • Assist in managing the sales team's portfolio, tracking progress and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Handle phone and in-person interactions with clients, providing exceptional customer service and building rapport.
  • Manage billing and collections issues effectively, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare compelling demonstrations of our services to clients, highlighting their value proposition.
  • Implement reporting systems (tracking tables) to monitor sales performance and identify trends.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Sales Force to centralize sales activity, ensuring efficient data management and collaboration.

Your Profile:

  • Hold a Master's degree, ideally in the field of commerce or a related discipline.
  • Possess a genuine passion for building customer relationships and exceeding expectations.
  • Demonstrate strong listening skills and empathy, understanding client needs and concerns effectively.
  • Be independent, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Have a strong command of French language.
  • Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel, is essential.
