Business Development Representative

Sidetrade is a global leader in the SaaS industry, recognized as a Leader in Gartner's Magic Quadrant. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team.
As an Account Executive at Sidetrade, you will be responsible for driving net new business sales into Middle Market accounts. You will work closely with business development, marketing, solution consulting, and customer success to win new customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to securing a deal
- Educate prospects on the benefits of our SaaS software and articulate its value proposition
- Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate sales records
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking and develop long-term partnerships
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience in a SaaS business software environment
- Competitive and driven to achieve sales goals
- Articulate and poised with excellent communication skills
- Consistent track record of identifying customer needs and implementing solutions
- Flexible, adaptive, and resilient
- Fluent in French and English
- Immersive onboarding program to understand the company's vision and mission
- Comprehensive training in the Sidetrade software technology and sales skills
- Alignment with your manager on key objectives and sales targets
- Strategic action plan to drive success and achieve goals
