Job Title: Sales Director for Mil/Aero Connectors

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Mil/Aero connectors sales team in France. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the Mil/Aero sector and managing a team of external and internal sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue within the Mil/Aero sector.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • Electronics Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership within the Mil/Aero sector.
  • Strong industry knowledge and network within France.
  • Ability to drive revenue growth and manage a sales team.
