Job Summary
We are looking for a talented individual to manage our department and develop our business strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and onboarding new clients;
- Providing personalized support to our clients;
- Offering administrative guidance and advice;
- Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth;
- Collaborating with our partners to achieve our goals;
- Ensuring the successful implementation of our products across our clients' stores;
- Monitoring and managing our clients' accounts to ensure smooth operations;
- Developing and proposing strategies to achieve our objectives;
- Implementing necessary operations and advising clients on a daily basis to optimize their store's merchandising.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience);
- Validated experience in business development or a related field;
- Driver's license and vehicle;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
