About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Salesforce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for assigned accounts, aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
  • Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers.
  • Drive growth within an existing assigned account.
Requirements
  • Strong background in value/consultative selling complex solutions or technology (5 to 10 years preferably in Software or in Business Applications) selling to cross industry segment.
  • Experience selling at the "C" level.
  • Consistent track record to lead extended team.
  • Understanding the outstanding business requirements of customers within multiple industries.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems in multifaceted, energizing environments.
  • Fluency in English and in French.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Be creative with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication and relationship skills.
  • Sales Methodology Education.
  • Large Accounts Experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quota.
  • Ability to develop cases and service requirements, while crafting and leading strategic alliances.
