About the Role:

As a Customer Success Strategy Manager at Contentsquare, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. This is a demanding yet rewarding position that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning day-to-day processes and providing an overview of the end-to-end customer experience in the Mid-Market segment
  • Partnering with Business Insights, Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations to drive accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Driving content and Q&A coordination for regional Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and All-Hands meetings
  • Monitoring commission plan execution, including question resolution and exception request approvals
  • Regularly tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against organizational business goals
  • Owning quarterly Churn and Downsell analysis for Mid-Market, with trend summaries and strategies for churn prevention
  • Collaborating with the Business Intelligence team to provide accurate and timely data-driven insights
  • Overseeing strategic program, process, and systems rollouts in Mid-Market through a designed framework for scale

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Revenue Operations
  • Proven track record of working with Commercial or Mid-Market customers at scale
  • Excellent data management and systems usage skills
  • Strong team player attitude and global mindset
  • Dedicated project leadership and execution skills, with experience using Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to influence peers and management
  • Independently capable of seeking information, solving problems, and delivering results in complex situations
  • Comfortable analyzing data and presenting to leadership in a clear and concise manner

What You'll Need to Succeed:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. A competitive salary that reflects your value to our organization.
