About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity to join our Sales Team as an Account Manager, where you will oversee strategic accounts and handle customer service requests.
- You will report directly to Vincent, our Chief Sales Officer.
- Your mission will be to ensure seamless day-to-day support for premium clients' accounts.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Upselling our product to current clients' accounts
- Selling our product to new clients
- Maintaining client satisfaction by addressing all inquiries and concerns
- Prospecting for new clients and generating leads
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- The ability to manage client expectations and requests effectively
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience in sales or a related field
- Proficiency in English and French
