About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our Sales Team as an Account Manager, where you will oversee strategic accounts and handle customer service requests.

  • You will report directly to Vincent, our Chief Sales Officer.
  • Your mission will be to ensure seamless day-to-day support for premium clients' accounts.
Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Upselling our product to current clients' accounts
  • Selling our product to new clients
  • Maintaining client satisfaction by addressing all inquiries and concerns
  • Prospecting for new clients and generating leads
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • The ability to manage client expectations and requests effectively
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Experience in sales or a related field
  • Proficiency in English and French
