About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Assistant to join our team at Essity. As a Team Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our legal team, responsible for providing legal support for the Consumer Goods business unit in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support, including creation of vendors in SAP, follow-up and annual review of team's documentation on SharePoint, and organization of external counsel's response for Essity's auditors.
  • Follow up on payment of invoices and update of various legal team Dashboards and SharePoints.
  • Organize Teams calendars and meetings/trainings, and book and prepare the teams' travel arrangements and travel reports.
  • Be the first contact for Office365 questions and assist the team with Office 365 issues.
  • Keep the TEAMs, SharePoint, and Essential Pages up to date.
  • Assist with locating information within the company (CIM, GMS, Essentials).
  • Manage all administrative projects for the team, such as building an NDA database or preparing e-learnings in Rise360.
  • Have a positive and proactive attitude and contribute to team meetings with input about topics being worked on and brainstorm about team issues.
  • Contract legal database (Contract registration in Ariba).
  • Support the team for training courses, including preparation of training material and update of training summary table with attendance sheets.
  • Specific French tasks, including reviewing and transposing modifications of the T&Cs for French customers, regular update of various lists of people involved and procedures in place in the various locations in France, and providing needed information regarding specific agreements for the French governmental 'Transparency website.'
Requirements
  • BTS or Bachelor's level in assistantship.
  • First experience as an assistant.
  • Legal knowledge not required.
  • Team player.
