Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Commify. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for proactively contacting potential new customers to sell our market-leading business messaging solutions.
Your primary focus will be on building relationships with our partners and their networks, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities to acquire new customers. You will also be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets, including number of daily customer contacts, converted customer conversations, closed sales, revenue, and GP performance.
Key Responsibilities- Proactive outbound phone-based contact to potential new Commify customers to sell our messaging solutions and Meta tools
- Building relationships with our partners and their networks to acquire new customers and sell our messaging solutions
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets, including number of daily customer contacts, converted customer conversations, closed sales, revenue, and GP performance
- Qualifying and understanding all opportunities effectively
- Up-selling to new/recently won new customers to find additional opportunities
- Have an understanding of the customer buying process
- Value-based selling by understanding the true value of our products and solutions gives our customers
- Overcoming objections
- Working through the entire selling process, including qualification, questioning, negotiating, and closing deals
- Proven track record of success in an Outbound new business acquisition role, specifically in a proactive sales role
- Successful track record in proactive Account Management and achieving sales targets
- High levels of resilience and determination to overcome objections
- Very strong work ethic, including high levels of outbound sales activity
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ambition, personal drive, and a real passion for closing deals
- Good knowledge of English language
- Sales experience of offering software solutions/services (SAAS)
- Business messaging or telecoms industry
- Knowledge of marketing and messaging tools
- Knowledge of Saleforce
