Senior Business Development Manager BeNeLux

The Qt Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager BeNeLux. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with C-Level leaders and managers, as well as managing and controlling the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
About the Role
As an Account Manager BeNeLux, you will work closely with all business functions like Service Delivery and Marketing to execute strategic plans to achieve or exceed business targets within your assigned territory and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies for enterprise accounts
- Build relationships with C-Level leaders and managers, providing trusted advice and guidance
- Manage and control the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Align with business development managers, industry leads, and regional sales leadership teams to present a single front to customers
- Interface with product management and marketing organizations to guide Qt tool-chain solutions and professional service direction
Requirements
- Proven track record in personal sales pipeline management, vertical market solution sales, and establishing strategic relationships with decision makers
- Experience in developing business opportunities in the BeNeLux regions, with a focus on enterprise sales and complex solutions
- Knowledge in value-based selling, solution selling, and creating long-term business relationships in the software licensing industry
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with strong planning ability
- Fluent in English
