Senior Business Development Manager BeNeLux

At The Qt Company, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager BeNeLux to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion in the BeNeLux region.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with C-Level leaders and managers, managing and controlling the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, and setting and executing customer acquisition strategies for enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve or exceed business targets within your assigned territory and customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the BeNeLux region.
- Manage and control the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling development tools, embedded technology, or similar to enterprise customers.
- Good technical background, minimum of BS in a technical field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including C-Level leaders, managers, and technical teams.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
