Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep knowledge of market and applications
  • Maintain and expand the business in the region, as well as identify, create and develop new growth opportunities across EMEA
  • Manage and develop partnership with assigned accounts
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities to enter new and growing applications
  • Develop, track opportunities and projects within the region
  • Plan, forecast, report on sales and business performance
  • Build strong networks with internal teams
  • Capture and report key competitors' insights

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, marketing, or a technical field such as chemistry or engineering
  • Work Experience: Sales, Technical Sales, Marketing or PM
  • Fluent in French, German and English, other European languages are a plus
  • Preference for candidates with experience in customer facing roles & responsibilities
  • Positive attitude, open-minded, dynamic, team-player, and enthusiastic about taking initiative with effective negotiation skills
  • Results oriented, strategic thinking and commercial mindset
  • Willingness to travel (20% +)
  • Ability to connect with internal and external customers at all organizational levels and diverse cultural backgrounds

Interconnect Solutions (ICS) is a part of the DuPont Electronics & Industrial (E&I) business segment with diverse exposure to multiple End-Use Markets in advanced circuit, packaging and assembly solutions for Next-gen Auto, Consumer Electronics, Aerospace and specialty industrials, with a deep customer focus, advanced technologies and global reach.

This position's primary responsibilities include generating Leads, developing customer relationships and capture new business growth opportunities to grow the Kapton Films business within the EMEA region.
