We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our digital insurance brokerage expansion in France. As Head of Business Development, you'll be responsible for driving growth, developing strategic partnerships, and overseeing the transition to an integrated digital insurance broker.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business growth strategy for our French operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance providers, tech teams, and CLARK Founders.
  • Oversee the rollout of our insurance management app in new regions, ensuring localization, compliance, and user testing.
  • Directly negotiate contracts and terms with insurance providers, leveraging your sales expertise and data-driven mindset.
  • Lead the development of sales tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to drive business growth.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and French (C1 level or native).
  • Hands-on experience with sales tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong network and experience in the French insurance industry.
  • Performance driven, agile, and adaptable.
