Accelerate Biomedical Innovation with Bioptimus

Bioptimus is a pioneering start-up dedicated to revolutionizing the biomedical industry through cutting-edge AI technology. As the Head of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Go-to-Market Strategy: Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create a comprehensive plan to deploy our science, models, and products.
  • Establish Strategic Partnerships: Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the biomedical industry, including pharmaceutical companies, diagnostic companies, research institutions, and healthcare providers.
  • Drive Revenue Growth and Target Achievement: Meet or exceed business development targets by monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Team Leadership: Represent Bioptimus at industry events, conferences, and through digital platforms. Build and mentor a business development team, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams.

This role is based in our Paris or Nantes offices or remotely.

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Business or Science (or equivalent experience)
  • Expert-level experience in a relevant environment (Pharma, Medtech, Biotech) with a proven track record of business impact
  • Familiarity with AI and Representation Learning/Foundation Models
  • Understanding of the biomedical ecosystem and data lifecycle
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A 'team-first' attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a high-growth, VC-backed company
  • International and multicultural work experience
