Regional Sales Manager

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee a team, secure product placements, and drive sales growth within your designated area. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of Area Managers to meet their objectives and enhance their capabilities,
  • Formulating and executing the strategic business plan for your region,
  • Negotiating product placements while ensuring compliance with national agreements,
  • Designing and implementing retail-level sales strategies,
  • Fostering sustainable growth and profitability through performance evaluation, and
  • Regularly reporting outcomes to senior leadership.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including field experience as an Area Manager and Category Manager within the consumer goods sector. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential, alongside strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
