Job Title: Regional Sales Manager GMS

Company: Michael Page is a prominent international organization specializing in consumer goods within the hygiene and cleaning sectors.

Role Overview:

  • Guide and mentor a team of Section Leaders, establishing and monitoring their objectives, offering training, and fostering team unity.
  • Formulate, present, and execute the strategic plan for the designated region.
  • Engage in negotiations for national and regional contracts, ensuring optimal product placement and enforcing national commercial strategies.
  • Design and manage sales initiatives, guaranteeing their implementation by the team.
  • Promote sustainable growth in volume and profitability through thorough performance assessments.
  • Provide regular updates on performance metrics to upper management.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess at least a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of sales expertise, including practical experience as a Section Leader and Category Manager, along with experience in regional or national negotiations. Essential skills include strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and negotiation capabilities.

Location: Preference for candidates based in the Paris area.
