Sales leadership is a key driver of our company's success. As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global sales strategy and driving business growth.

Our building technologies business is a leading player in the industry, and we are looking for a seasoned sales leader to join our team. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of 25 people and an indirect workforce of around 300 sales representatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead sales strategies aligned with the Division's objectives
  • Negotiate the necessary budgetary resources
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with partners, integrators, and end customers
  • Drive initiatives to improve sales efficiency and enhance our digital offerings through innovation and digital transformation
  • Analyze market opportunities to identify new segments and customers
  • Define sales plans, objectives, and KPIs in collaboration with operational departments
  • Select and launch new product offerings
  • Supervise the team and promote a culture of innovation within the sales force
  • Lobbying and Public Relations: manage relationships with professional organizations and key stakeholders

Key Factors for Success:

  • Graduate of a leading engineering or business school
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Business Unit management and/or Marketing Management positions, ideally in the technology and smart-grid sectors
  • Proven leadership, skill in contractual negotiations, experience in creating robust marketing and sales structures
  • International and multicultural professional experience with a deep understanding of the building technology market
  • Fluent French and English are essential, German is a plus
  • Strategic vision, appetite for construction, ability to operationally decline, charisma, dynamism, business, and results orientation, initiative, and proactivity, ability to influence and adapt, strong appetite for collaboration and internal communication, simplicity, accessibility, authenticity
