About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our efforts in developing the CPGR industry business in China. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing 3DS penetration in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients and stakeholders
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and create value for customers
  • Manage sales engagements from lead generation to closure, ensuring consistent delivery against revenue targets
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management to ensure business objectives are met
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that meet company standards and customer needs
  • Lead the development of trusted relationships across all layers of client organizations

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 8-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in CPG or retail industries
  • 5-8 years of experience in solution selling and ERP/MOM/supply chain background
  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Experience with negotiating contracts and agreements
