Senior Sales Director for China Market Development

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our efforts in developing the CPGR industry business in China. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing 3DS penetration in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients and stakeholders
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and create value for customers
- Manage sales engagements from lead generation to closure, ensuring consistent delivery against revenue targets
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management to ensure business objectives are met
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that meet company standards and customer needs
- Lead the development of trusted relationships across all layers of client organizations
About You
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 8-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in CPG or retail industries
- 5-8 years of experience in solution selling and ERP/MOM/supply chain background
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
- Experience with negotiating contracts and agreements
