Die Rolle

Wir suchen eine erfahrene Account Executive (m/w/d), die sich in einem schnelllebigen, dynamischen Umfeld wohlfühlt und ihr Fachwissen in eine schnell wachsende Baubranche einbringt.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Erreichen vereinbarter Umsatzziele durch Identifizierung und Kontaktieren potenzieller Kund*innen, Weiterverfolgung eingehender Anfragen, Qualifizierung potenzieller Kund*innen, Präsentation von Vorschlägen/Lösungen und Verkaufsabschluss
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg*innen aus dem Presales-Bereich, um die Anforderungen potenzieller Kund*innen zu bewerten und technische/kommerzielle Vorschläge zu entwickeln
  • Proaktives Management und Entwicklung (Pflege) bestehender Kund*innen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam zur Unterstützung von Outbound-Kampagnen und anderen Marketing-/Lead-Generierungsinitiativen
Voraussetzungen
  • Kontaktfreudigkeit und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Überzeugendes Verkaufsgeschick und gutes Netzwerk- und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • "Can Do"-Einstellung und Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten und aus der Komfortzone herauszutreten
  • Kundenorientierung und Fähigkeit, Kunden zu motivieren
  • Bereitschaft zu Reisen
  • Erfahrung im Baugewerbe ist nicht zwingend erforderlich
