About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to develop and manage business relationships with customers and vendors in Germany and the French region through our StationOne platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the railway market, understand customer fleets, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collect and analyze buyer needs to improve vendor offerings and increase sales through StationOne.
  • Onboard customers and vendors, manage regular meetings, and ensure service levels meet buyer expectations.
  • Promote StationOne as a platform for circular economy and 3D printing, and support digital marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Engineer or Business School degree.
  • ~10 years of experience in sales or procurement.
  • Knowledge of railway products, German and French markets, and digital tools.
  • Fluent in English, German, and French, with a strong international mindset.
  • Sales business acumen, customer needs orientation, and ability to work with complex organizations.
