Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to enhance our team.

Role Responsibilities: In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, playing a crucial part in the company's growth while honing your sales and interpersonal skills in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

Key Duties:

  • Identify and map potential clients based on their organizational structure, personnel, and current technology.
  • Engage with decision-makers in targeted client accounts.
  • Facilitate discussions with senior executives regarding their business requirements.

Sales Strategy: Utilize various communication channels, including social media, digital platforms, video, chat, and phone, to effectively reach and manage prospective clients.

Understanding Client Needs: Recognize the different stages in the purchasing process for each potential client.

Communication Skills: Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with contacts through phone, email, video, and presentations.

Performance Motivation: Possess a results-oriented mindset, driven by performance incentives for surpassing annual sales targets through strategic sales leadership and strong interdepartmental collaboration.

Time Management: Exhibit excellent time management abilities and the capacity to work autonomously or under supervision while maintaining a high level of integrity.
