The Senior Client Relationship Executive plays a crucial role within the EMEA Client Relations team and the Global Client Relations function.

  • Oversee comprehensive case management for disciplinary and grievance matters, conducting interviews with witnesses, compiling findings, and ensuring adherence to local regulations.
  • Assist managers in addressing performance issues, utilizing best practices to guarantee a uniform application of the Performance Improvement Framework (PIF) in accordance with our core values.
  • Lead client relations cases across the EMEA region, conducting thorough investigations and supporting performance management initiatives.
  • Manage organizational restructuring programs, implementing local legal protocols and company practices.
  • Deliver and facilitate training sessions on client relations processes as necessary.
  • Monitor, report, and analyze case trends using the internal client relations case management system.
  • Proven experience in client relations and case management is essential.
