As an EU HR Consultant - Amazon International Stores at ENGINEERINGUK, you will play a key role in supporting our Amazon International Stores team. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a consultant to people managers, providing high-judgement advice to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will collaborate with our HR stakeholders, including business-aligned HR Business Partners and centres of excellence, to standardize best practices across the EU region.
Key Responsibilities
* Guiding leaders through the Talent Management and Annual Compensation planning processes
* Strong knowledge of French Employment Law, including works council management
* Fluent in both spoken and written French
* Highly proficient in both spoken and written English
* Proven track record of accomplishments in an international environment, which is fast-paced and customer-driven
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an international environment
