Global Compensation and Benefits Project Leader

To bolster Sephora's business expansion and the evolution of its organization, the Global HR team is growing. We are in search of a Global Compensation and Benefits Project Leader to support essential HR strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Global Compensation and Benefits Project Director, your responsibilities will include:

Project Management
  • Lead or engage in the design, development, and execution of Compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain talent.
  • Oversee the Global Benefits Project in partnership with an external consulting firm: monitor the implementation roadmap, assess cost implications, and communicate closely with the International Sephora Compensation Community.
  • Suggest initiatives to enhance and streamline HR processes on a global scale.
  • Develop communication strategies for Compensation to highlight our Total Compensation Strategy.
Compensation Analysis
  • Contribute to the Annual Compensation review, including the data preparation phase.
  • Prepare reports: design and maintain our Top Executives database, Global mapping...
  • Assist the Global Compensation Team in preparing Executive and mobility packages.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, preferably with a focus on Compensation and Benefits.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Benefits within an international context (Consulting and/or Multinational Company).
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset, pragmatic, and inquisitive.
  • Ability to work on strategic projects while being hands-on.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented.
  • Fluent in English.
