Our Mission

We are united by a common goal - to reimagine the future of beauty. To support Sephora's business growth and the development of its organization, the Global HR team is expanding. We are looking for a Global Reward and Benefits Project Manager to support key HR strategic topics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Lead or participate in the design, development, and implementation of rewards programs that attract, motivate, and retain talents.
    • Coordinate the Global Benefits Project in collaboration with an external consulting company: follow up on the roadmap implementation, cost impact, and communication closely with the International Sephora Reward Community.
  • Compensation
    • Participate in the Annual Compensation review, including the data preparation phase.
    • Prepare reporting: design and feed our Top Executives database, Global mapping.
    • Aid the Reward Global Team to prepare Executives and mobility packages.
  • Initiatives and Communication
    • Propose initiatives to improve and simplify HR processes at a Global level.
    • Develop Reward communication programs to valorize our Total Reward Strategy.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in HR, preferably with a C&B major.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Minimum of 8-year experience in Benefits in an international environment (Consulting and/or Multinational Company).
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Analytical skills, pragmatic, curious.
  • Ability to work on strategic projects while being hands-on.
  • Data and results-oriented.
  • Fluent English.
About the Role

The position is located in Neuilly-sur-Seine (Paris area). As a Global Reward and Benefits Project Manager, you will be surrounded by talented leaders and teams. You will have the opportunity to work on strategic projects while being hands-on. You will be responsible for leading or participating in the design, development, and implementation of rewards programs that attract, motivate, and retain talents.
