We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to assist in growing our French business as an intern. This is a unique opportunity to join the fastest growing segment of the M&A market, with a talented team of professionals.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong legal grounding, with a solid understanding of warranties, indemnities, and limitations in transaction documents. They will be articulate, personable, and willing to meet clients and their advisors to explain our offering and identify key information.
