As a Store Stock Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the stock operations in the store, ensuring efficient and accurate replenishment on a daily basis.
- Supervise the stockroom and product, maintaining an updated sample/rotation rail and new arrivals.
- Control and supervise all deliveries, transfers, returns, and stock movement operations.
- Ensure the stockroom meets health and safety guidelines.
- Train store associates in Stock Management Guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate and communicate with the Store Manager to determine commercial store needs.
- Develop and manage a team, supporting the Store Manager in the induction training of new employees.
- Provide shop floor support to the team.
- Prior experience in a stockroom or inventory management role, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Leadership skills to develop and train a team.
- Capacity to propose new ways to improve stockroom efficiency and productivity.
- Adaptability to meet store operational demands while supporting the team in delivering best-in-class customer service.
