The AXA Group headquarters serves as the central hub for our corporate activities, providing strategic guidance and support to our global subsidiaries. Your Team:
You will join the Group Risk Management department, specifically the Group Information Risk Management team, reporting directly to the Head of the department. In response to increasing cybersecurity threats and global information risks, AXA is committed to establishing a robust second line of defense to effectively manage overall risks and ensure adherence to our risk appetite. While the responsibility for information protection is shared across all AXA entities, the Group Information Risk Management (GIRM) team is tasked with leading the enterprise's strategy for managing existing and emerging risks related to AXA's information stewardship.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will enhance and sustain the existing Information Risk Framework, ensuring alignment with the new global Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) risk management framework, as mandated by the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). Your role will involve driving its implementation at both corporate and entity levels, overseeing qualitative risk assessments, and analyzing results at local and global scales.
- You will supervise the development and maintenance of quantitative models related to IT risks, coordinating with the Group Operational Risk team and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and alignment with Group guidance.
- You will develop and maintain the global vendor risk management framework, ensuring compliance with DORA requirements and facilitating the vendor registration process.
- You will support the implementation of the Group Internal Control framework, focusing on Technology, Data Management, and Procurement processes, and assist business units with Information and vendor risk frameworks.
- You will lead the Information Risk Management Community, promoting the sharing of information and decisions, and ensuring efficient risk issue escalation and management.
Your Profile:
Experience:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree in IT systems is preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, ideally within the Financial Services sector, with a focus on risk management.
- Proven experience as a business analyst with strong data analysis capabilities.
- Familiarity with IT systems, processes, and controls.
- Experience in collaborating within a global corporate environment.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of information risk, vendor risk, and operational risk management.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks within the Financial Services industry.
- Proficient analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a capacity to engage multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, with a proactive and rigorous approach to work.
