We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to join our team at Sephora. As a PMO Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving successful project management practices within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management Governance: Develop and maintain project management follow-up, methodologies, and standards to ensure that projects follow established guidelines and decision-making processes are correctly cascaded to project teams.
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Collaborate with project managers to create detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, gathering KPIs, consolidating data, monitoring task progress, and providing support on potential bottlenecks or delays.
- Resource Management: Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning across various projects, monitoring resource utilization, and working with project managers to optimize resource allocation.
- Reporting, Performance Analysis, and SteerCo Organization: Update governance and key stakeholders by preparing regular status reports, executive summaries, and dashboards.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and executives, organizing meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure alignment and clear understanding of project goals.
- Interface with Brands
- +8 years of experience in a top consulting company or a similar industry.
- Appeal to consumer goods and beauty industries.
- Engages & Inspires:
- Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing senior leadership, influencing, and collaborating with cross-geos / functions stakeholders.
- Strategic Vision & Drive for Results:
- Ability to manage both strategic view and detailed operation.
- Strong curiosity and ability to think creatively to bring inspirations & share best practices from within and outside, combined with great analytical skills.
- Agility and Manages Ambiguity:
- Ability to navigate and deliver results in matrix international environments and bring recommendations without having the full picture in hand.
