Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of clients.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Create proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Closely monitor and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Manage and achieve commercial budgets, expenses, and sales revenue.
  • Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs (knowledge of digital solutions in agriculture and agronomy will be considered an advantage).
  • Proven experience in technical solution selling.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Excellent organisational skills and customer service skills.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to build rapport with key clients.
  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
