About This Role

Mondelēz International is seeking a skilled Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans to support category growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Lead business planning meetings to build sales quotas and ensure execution excellence at the point of sale
  • Analyze market dynamics and consumer insights to inform trade marketing decisions
  • Monitor competition's commercial activity to identify business opportunities and potential threats
  • Provide leadership and guidance to multi-category teams to drive business growth and profitability
