About This Role

Mondelēz International is seeking a skilled Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales activation team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability in our trade marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Lead business planning meetings to build sales quotas and develop annual plans
  • Provide market insights and consumer data to inform trade marketing decisions
  • Monitor competition activity and identify opportunities to gain market share
  • Lead multi-category teams to drive sales growth and profitability

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
