The Project Associate Developed Markets will play a key role in supporting our business development efforts in the developed markets. The successful candidate will have the following main responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Supervise the requests in the contract management tool on a daily basis to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance of invoices with European tax regulations and internal billing guidelines to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Policy and Procedure: Master the approval and authorization policy and explain it internally to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Data Analysis: Establish and provide relevant and appropriate data reports to support business decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
- Contract Analysis: Ability to extract main information from contracts.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of law is a plus.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in an international company.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Office Suite with a focus on Excel.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with SharePoint is advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills.
Travel Requirements:
The position may require travel within Europe based on projects and needs.
