Job Purpose
The Client Service team plays a vital role in fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding their expectations. As a key interface between AXA IM and our clients, we strive to deliver a seamless and exceptional client experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Client Interaction & Support: Manage all client inquiries and interactions with professionalism and efficiency, adhering to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, personalized service, and a deep understanding of their needs. Collaborate with the sales team to organize client events and ensure a positive client experience.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the invoice process within our internal systems and maintain accurate client data in relevant platforms (Salesforce, Drag&Survey). Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new clients, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Incident Management: Proactively monitor client interactions and address any issues or complaints promptly. Contribute to the incident management process by analyzing situations, communicating transparently with clients, and collaborating with the risk department to develop appropriate remediation plans.
Your Profile
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual with a strong understanding of the financial services industry.
- Relevant experience in Finance is essential.
- A good understanding of the Asset Management industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are crucial for success in this role.
- Fluency in French and English (written and verbal) is required.
