We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Expert to join our fast-growing team at Centric Software. As a key member of our Pricing and Inventory Business Unit, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative AI-based solutions to the fashion, beauty, and home markets.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Pre-Sales consultants to ensure seamless handover of business process blueprints and solution architectures.
- Function as the subject matter expert within client onboarding projects, focusing on in-season merchandise management.
- Identify and manage gaps and change requests throughout projects, maintaining up-to-date business blueprints and implementation documents.
- Work closely with technical and data science teams to deliver tailored solutions and configurations for clients.
- Lead data validation processes with technical colleagues and clients.
- Provide feedback to Product Management teams on customer enhancements.
- Develop and execute A/B test plans with clients, including test setup and result monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Business fluent English skills.
- Familiarity with common Office applications and Business Intelligence tools.
