About the Role

We are seeking an experienced On Trade Sales Representative to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume, distribution, and visibility targets at On Trade outlets.
  • Manage customer relationships and negotiate distribution contracts with key On Trade partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business performance and financial plan targets.
  • Record and analyze CRM data to optimize sales efficacy.
  • Ensure effective sales and marketing spend, and compliance with all processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in On Trade, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and persuasion skills, with a client-oriented mindset.
  • Bilingual Dutch/English language skills.
  • IT skills, including Salesforce and MS Office.
  • Category B driving license.
