About the Role

We are seeking an experienced On Trade Sales Representative to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit On Trade outlets (cocktail bars, restaurants, and hotels) to implement promotional plans and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage relationships with key On Trade partners and negotiate distribution contracts to ensure excellent execution of all programs and deliver sell-out.
  • Record and use CRM data to achieve higher sales efficacy and ensure effective Sales A&P spend and departmental costs.
  • Collaborate with different departments, such as marketing and front office, to have a positive influence and watch competitor activity.
  • Act as an owner of your region and ensure compliance with all processes and procedures within the channel.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in On Trade.
  • Knowledge and passion in the world of wine and spirits, with an affinity for the world of luxury.
  • Client and business-oriented mindset, strong culture of results, and excellent interpersonal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Bilingual Dutch/English and IT skills (Salesforce, MS Office).
  • Category B driving license.
